the season is here! spring has arrived which means baskets full of blessings are on the way.
this year’s baskets’ hunting, I let items find me rather than having a theme or color scheme. I favored activities and crafts over toys. finding joy in scouring my favorite stores for goods. here’s to hoping that this year’s baskets will continue to inspire my future baskets as well.

although I have white baskets from last year, I found these cute plastic bunny containers in bullseye’s playground at target, and it is absolutely adorable. the containers are fillable and a good size, plus I love the clear glitter color.

golden egg / flower cut outs / faux hair clips
for the baskets, I have a few fillable eggs. this gold one with bunnies on the outside is adorable. it’s large enough to hold the flower cut outs. I wrote messages on some of the flowers and added them as decor all through the baskets. each gold egg contained little items based on the child, for example my oldest likes faux colored hair so her egg has that goodie!

the highlight of my hunting are these volkswagen beetle cars. I found these pastel colored beauties in the seasonal section of my local wegmans grocery store, and linked something similar. how adorably spring are the colors. I got one for each basket!

wooden eggs / fillable wooden egg / play-dough / stickers / flower sunglasses / paint brush
the fillable bunny holds: the car, some wooden eggs, a paint brush, a play dough pack I split between the kids, the sunglasses as well as some stickers.

chalk / bunny ears / bubbles / coloring book / lavender mini plant
the final basket is full of activities, no candy or packing paper. I added some chalk, bunny ears, bubbles. most items I got from bullseye’s playground at target, a hidden gem for seasonal goods.
I am very proud of this years’ spring baskets and already can’t wait to create more next year!
happy spring hunting
